Settlement for Injured Bicyclist Hurt by Road Rager

Bike racer battered when road rage driver became irate, parked his car in the middle of the road, got out of the car and attacked the bicyclist.  Driver's insurance company refused coverage due to intentional act. Driver was charged with crimes. Case was settled without lawsuit.  Wisconsin.  Pro-Bono.
