Post Conviction-Resentencing Saves Client 1.5 years in Prison

Attorney Griessmeyer represented a young man after he was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison.  The young man's trial lawyer was ineffective and the d.a. even agreed.  A new sentencing was held.  At the second sentencing, the judge imposed 4 years total rather than the 4 + 1.5 that had been previously imposed.
