Argued Sentencing-Burglary

18 year old had previously plead guilty to burglary and was sentenced to first offender program.  The young man was kicked out of the first offender program and charged with felony bail jumping two counts.  At the argued sentencing hearing, the prosecutor asked the judge to sentence the man to three years probation and 60 days in jail.  Attorney Griessmeyer argued for probation only so the young man could keep his job and contribute to society.  The judge ordered 3 years probation with 6 months stayed jail time meaning the man will not have to go to jail unless he violates the rules of probation.
